Looking for a new Southside home for me & my cat

I'm a 34 year old artist/art therapist looking for a new home for me and my cat. I've lived in Glasgow for around 9 years but sadly my landlord is selling my current place. I'd like to stay living in the Southside as most of my friends and my community are here. I work part-time and other days I go to my studio where I make art and jewellery. In my spare time I enjoy seeing friends, cooking, going to the cinema, swimming, exhibitions and travel. I'm looking for either a whole place to rent on my own, or a shared flat with others, or someone to buddy up with and look for a flat. I've been told I'm a nice person to live with - I'm calm, sociable and up for a chat, a good cook, tidy, I enjoy making things look nice and making a home feel like a home + I have a very cute cat called Morag!
