Hi! I'm Federica, 25, and I'm looking for a room in a friendly flat share as I'll be moving to London to start my master's at Imperial College.
📅 Move-in: Ideally mid-/late August (my classes start in the last week of August), but I'm flexible for the right place.
📍 Preferred areas: South Kensington and surrounding areas (Kensington, Chelsea, Fulham, Hammersmith, Notting Hill, Paddington, etc.), or anywhere with an easy commute to Imperial.
💰 Budget: Ideally up to £1,200 pcm (flexible depending on the room and location).
A bit about me:
- German/British
- Did my undergraduate degree in Korea
- Have lived in shared houses for several years, so I'm very used to living with flatmates
Outside of uni, I love trying new cafes, going to Pilates, playing tennis, and exploring the city. I'm sociable and always happy to have a chat, grab a drink at the pub, or watch a film together, but I also appreciate everyone's own space and routines.
