Hi! I’m Liam and I’m looking for a clean, friendly, and respectful house share.

I work full-time and am easy going, tidy and considerate of the people I live with. In my spare time, I enjoy running and painting, so I’m usually out exercising or relaxing with a creative project. I’m sociable and always happy to have a chat, but I also respect everyone’s personal space and quiet time.

I’m looking for somewhere that feels like a home, with housemates who are friendly and respectful. I’m hoping to keep my monthly costs predictable while saving money, so a room with bills included would be ideal.
