Hi, I’m Benedict, 23, and I’ll be moving to Edinburgh to complete a Master’s degree in Finance and Investment at the University of Edinburgh during the 2026/27 academic year.

I’m looking for a room in a friendly, sociable, and respectful shared flat from the beginning of September 2026, ideally for the full academic year.

I’m tidy, considerate, and fairly quiet at home, but I also enjoy chatting with flatmates, sharing the occasional meal, or doing things together. I enjoy golf, skiing, football, padel, and spending a relaxed evening at the pub over a beer. I’m sociable, but I’m not looking for a party flat and value everyone’s privacy and personal space.

I have previously lived in shared flats during my bachelor’s degree in Germany and while completing internships, so I’m familiar with sharing responsibilities and keeping communal spaces clean and comfortable.

I’m a non-smoker, have no pets, and do not have any allergies.

I’ll be in Edinburgh from 3 to 7 August 2026 and would be very happy to arrange a viewing and meet the current flatmates during that time.
