We are a group of 3 reliable, respectful tenants looking for a whole 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom house to rent in Belfast starting from 27 th August.

About Us:

Who we are: A couple and a male friend.

Education & Work: My partner and I are both students at Queen's University Belfast while also working.

I work as an Accounts Administrator at Tennants Bitumen.

My partner works at SPAR.

Our friend is also QUB student.

Lifestyle: Clean, quiet, non-smokers, and very respectful of property. We take great care of where we live and maintain a steady, reliable income.

What We Are Looking For:

Whole house or flat (2 or 3 bedrooms).

Budget: Around 700-1200 maximum

Preferred areas: Belfast , City center , Near queens university belfast

Note on Guarantors:
If a UK-based personal guarantor is required, we do not have one available; however, we are more than happy to provide double deposit alongside proof of employment, payslips, bank statements, and references to secure the tenancy.
