Having sold my house in Hilton and looking to buy in 2028, I am currently living in Appleby with my daughter and grandchildren. It's a squeeze, particularly with sleeping arrangements. I am looking for somewhere in Appleby, or close by. Basically, I need a bedroom, with ensuite if possible. I do not need to share any other part of the property as I would leave by 7am and return after 7pm. I cannot offer references, as apart from back in my student days, I have never rented before.
