Postgrad looking room or flatmates

I’m James from Ireland and will be starting an MSc in Computational Mathematical Finance at the University of Edinburgh this September.

I’m looking for a room in a friendly, tidy flatshare, or to team up with other postgraduates to find a good-quality two- or three-bedroom flat.

I’m clean, considerate and easy-going. I enjoy socialising and the occasional pint, but also value a relaxed and peaceful home. My interests include music, films, sport and reading, and I’m hoping to join a run club and play five-a-side in Edinburgh.

My budget is £650–£850 per month excluding bills, and I’m ideally looking to move in around the start of September. I’m currently based in Ireland, so video viewings may be preferable.
