I’m a landlord myself, moonlighting as an illustrator and video game producer.

Here in Leamington to get my bearings as it’s the first time I’ll be living in the UK since I was a child. US / UK dual citizen.

I have a friend from the states who comes to town 3-4 times a year for work, so I know someone here part of the year. My budget is £750, seeking 1br flats and house shares. Special appreciation given to hard floors as opposed to carpets, as it affects the work I can do in my room. Also a big fan of natural light, upper level floors, and access to train station (not a licensed UK driver at current).

Because my situation is so unique, I’m afraid I don’t have British credit, but I’d be happy to work out a deal to pay some rent in advance if that would make things easier. Despite being a rocker, I’m bookish and pretty organized. Not much of a cook, though.

Anyway, just wanted to get on your radar - maybe it’d be a good idea to know I’m here flat-hunting.
