Looking for room/roommates for 26/27 academic year

Hi, I'm Alex, I'm looking for a place to stay/ people to stay with over the next year. I'm a geography student at UOM heading into my final year. I myself am clean, will always be up for going out and socialising and if need be can keep noise to a minimum.

Im looking for a house/ apartment preferably in the city centre, or somewhere close to the uni, with a max. monthly rent of £760.

In terms of housemates, if you're also tidy and up for hanging out, then that's good enough for me. And if you play videogames and are a big lover of music, then even better.
