26M professional looking for a house

I'm a 26yo software developer who is originally from West Wales. I've lived in Cardiff for about 7 years now and am looking for a new place to call home. I usually go into the office a couple times a week, and wfh for the rest. I'm a tidy, neat and sociable house member.

I'm looking for a double bedroom, with parking available ideally. I'd love to find a house that gets on and likes to do things together, but also values each others privacy and alone time.

In my downtime I like to hike, run, play 5 a side & read. I also like to go to the pub/gigs, watch movies & play board games.
