Looking for a room to rent from September

I am starting a new job in the civil service, Scottish office at the beginning of October so I am looking for somewhere from mid September but im quite flexible between 1 sept-1 oct. I also have the option to work hybrid so id likely be working from home 1/2 days a week,.

I am originally from Manchester and have spent the last year and a half working as a paralegal (I took a four month break to travel Australia and south east asia)

I volunteer with girl guides, im (mostly) vegetarian, im very friendly and social, but also appreciate my own time and space. Im tidy, clean and organised.
