Looking for Double Room in Friendly Household!

Hi there! I'm Sydney (or Syd). I am a professional and I am looking for a double room somewhere near the train station or Cherry Hinton. I am hoping to move in at the end of August/beginning of September.

I would like a friendly and sociable house with shared living spaces, which would also be suitable for hosting friends for dinner. I love cooking for others so would really enjoy having shared house dinners! By nature, I'm pretty quiet but I do love socializing and meeting new people. I do have some mobility restrictions so I would like a room on a lower floor. I am working in Cam until I apply for doctorate programs so I'm looking for a 1-year let. My budget is ~700 pcm (including bills).

A bit about me: I've been in Cambridge about a year (but have spent time here before) completing an MPhil in Classics. I am originally from the United States, where I moved around quite a lot. With previous housemates, I've loved eating together and watching new films, and am always down for a trip to the Blue Moon 🏳️‍🌈.
