Professional Couple Looking for a Studio or 1-Bed

Hi,

We are a quiet and responsible mature couple looking for a self-contained studio or a one-bedroom flat in Oxford, Abingdon, Didcot or the surrounding areas.

A little about us:

* After working for eight years, we decided to explore a new chapter in our lives and pursue our studies in the UK. We are currently both mature MSc students in the UK.

* One of us is doing a paid one-year placement at Harwell Campus from September. The other will continue studying until December 2026 before applying for a Graduate Visa.

* We have savings and are pleased to provide proof of income, bank statements or other documents required for referencing.

* We enjoy photography, travelling and cats. :)

We are looking for:

* A furnished studio or 1-bedroom flat (a spacious studio is also of interest).
* Private bathroom.
* Private kitchen prefered.
* Move-in around the last week of September 2026.
* Around a 12-month tenancy.
* Total monthly housing cost (including bills where possible) of up to £1,500.

We are clean, non-smokers, have no pets, and enjoy a quiet lifestyle. As we expect to stay for at least a year, we will take good care of the property and treat it as our home.
