Exchange student moving to London Sept-Dec

Hi! I'm Parker, a 20-year-old classical singer starting a semester-long exchange at the Royal College of Music this September through December. I'm looking for a room near Kensington, ideally within easy walking or a short commute distance of RCM.

A bit about me:

- Full-time music student (currently at Manhattan School of Music in NYC), respectful and easygoing housemate

- Non-smoker, no pets, tidy and considerate of shared spaces

- Can be fun and social with roommates, but just as happy to keep to myself and respect everyone's space

- Outside of music, I love coffee, working out, yoga, museums, and opera

- Budget-conscious and reliable with rent

- Friendly, low-drama, and genuinely just here to focus on school and explore London for a few months
