My partner and I (26 and 27 years old) have been renting in St Margarets/Richmond for the last 4 years and absolutely love the SW area. We are both relaxed, tidy and friendly individuals looking to move into a spare room to help save money for a deposit. We are both working professionals, I work in the Film and TV Industry and Aaron runs a family business on Hampton Hill, and are based in the office all week. During the weekends we enjoy going on walks, seeing friends and sometimes going home to see family (Dorset/The Cotswolds).

We are looking to move towards the end of summer and would need to give our current rental 1 months notice. We'd be looking to stay long term (1 year).
