34yo motorsport digital media specialist looking for flatshare in the more central neighbourhoods of Edinburgh (Dalry, Gorgie, Bruntsfield, Morningside, Marchmont, Newington, West End, New Town, Leith, etc)

I like fast cars, playing racquet sports, doing yoga and meditating to unwind, and making/eating Italian food – but always looking to broaden my horizons. For the property itself, fast internet speeds are important on the rare occasion I WFH – but generally I will be at my shared office space in Bruntsfield during daytime hours.
