24F grad seeking flatshare with Paddington commute

Hi! I’m a 24 year old professional moving to London to start a data graduate scheme based in Paddington. I’m hoping to move in at the end of August, but I’m flexible for the start of September.

I’m looking for:
- Budget: Around £900 pcm.
- Location: Flexible! Any area with a straightforward commute to Paddington.
- Flatmates: Ideally living with other young professionals in a friendly home where people enjoy chatting and spending time together, but also respect each other’s routines.
- Room: Needs space to fit a desk for my hybrid work.

About me:
I’m sociable and enjoy various hobbies such as yoga, travelling, baking and exploring new places (especially if it’s a coffee shop!). I’m always up for a pub trip, finding food spots and making the most of London.

I’m moving for a hybrid job, so I’ll be splitting my time between working from home and the office. I’m a considerate and tidy flatmate looking for a friendly home before I start my new job.
