I'm Simy, an Italian freelance screenwriter/director and content creator looking to relocate to the Tunbridge Wells area from September.

I'm looking for a calm, friendly and respectful home, ideally with like-minded professionals who value a peaceful living environment. I'm clean, tidy, considerate and easy to get along with.

Ideally I'm looking for:
🏡 A single or double room (an en suite would be a bonus!)
📍 Tunbridge Wells or nearby
🚉 Good transport links to London
💷 Budget around £500-£750 pcm, depending on what's included

I enjoy reading, walking, nature, films, writing and good conversations. I'm definitely looking for a home rather than a party house.
