Professional 30 year old male looking for a room

Hi,

I'm Adam - a 30 year old professional looking for a room in the Meanwood-ish area.

I'm friendly, but on the quieter side. I enjoy the outdoors, being active (hiking/running/sports), reading, and watching films. I'm a huge fan of fruit of almost any kind - watermelon is my favourite.

I'm a clean and tidy person and would like to live with others who are the same.

I work in tech for a company in central Leeds, but I can work from home when I choose, which I would probably aim to do a few times per week.

I don't have any pets (I do like animals and don't mind if others have them though), and I don't smoke.
