Friendly Junior Doctor Seeking a Welcoming Home

Hi, I'm Hamish, a 25-year-old FY1 doctor who's just started at NHS Tayside. I'm currently living with my parents in Perth and looking for a welcoming home in the West End of Dundee.

About me:
I'm easy-going and sociable, but I also value a calm, tidy space to come back to and unwind - especially given the demands of working as a doctor. I make an effort to keep shared spaces clean and be mindful of others' need for space and quiet time. Outside of work, I enjoy running, the gym, and hiking, as well as more relaxed pursuits like cooking, coffee, pub trips, and spending time with friends. I'm always up for a good chat or a relaxed evening with housemates.

What I'm looking for:
* A double room in a professional houseshare in the West End of Dundee
* A furnished or part-furnished room, ideally with decent storage space
* Housemates of a similar age who value both socialising and having their own space
* Street parking, as I own a car
* Budget of up to £750pcm plus bills
* Available to move at the end of September - I can move quickly, as I have no notice period to work around
* Understanding around shift work - my hours include evenings, weekends, and nights, so my schedule varies week to week, and I'd hope for the same mutual respect around rest and downtime
* Open communication - happy to chat through house expectations and boundaries early on so everyone's comfortable sharing space
* I can provide evidence of employment (NHS contract/payslip) to confirm income and job security
