Friendly Irish Postgrad Seeking Flatmates for Sept

Hi, I’m Patrick, a 25-year-old Irish professional moving to London in September to start an MA in Conflict, Security and Development at King’s College London.

I’m friendly, sociable and easy-going, and I’m looking to find a comfortable, welcoming place to call home rather than just somewhere to sleep. I enjoy exploring new parts of the city, meeting friends, keeping active and trying new restaurants, but I also appreciate a quiet night in during the week.

I’ve spent the last few years living and working in Dublin and New York, so I’m used to sharing accommodation and being considerate of the people I live with. I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and strike a good balance between being social and respecting everyone’s privacy.

I’m ideally looking to buddy up with like-minded professionals or postgraduate students to find a great flat together. My budget is up to £1,000 per month including bills, although something closer to £900 would be ideal. I’m flexible on location as long as there are good transport links to King’s College London.
