First year mature student looking for house share

Hi, I'm Kia, a 30 year old mature student starting a Data Science degree at the University of Brighton this September.

I'm looking for a friendly, clean and respectful house share to call home. Ideally I'd like to live with 3–4 people, but I'm open to the right place. A good-sized double room is important to me, and I'd love a house with a welcoming communal space.

I'm easy-going, tidy and considerate. I enjoy socialising and having a chat with housemates, but I also appreciate everyone's personal space and a relaxed home environment. I'm not looking for a party house, just somewhere comfortable with people who are friendly and respectful.

My budget is up to around £900 per month, and I'm looking to move in around early to mid-September. I'm happy to consider different areas of Brighton for the right house.
