Quiet easygoing cat lover

I'm looking for a clean, double room for myself, a non-smoking, female professional, in full time work (WFH). Sole-use bathroom or en suite would be brilliant. Just one other female flatmate would be great, HMOs aren't suitable. The length of stay would ideally be long term, ie a year minimum. I'm an upbeat and positive person but with such a busy job, I prefer a quiet home life, I love BBC Radio 4 or Classic FM, gardening and bike rides. I have a small cat, who adopted me 13 years ago and thinks she's a dog. I'm looking for a flatmate who loves animals and has a similar positive outlook as me, ie uncomplicated and respectful. I need to keep my place dust-free and warm in winter, due to asthma. I'd really like a homeshare with a sunny, enclosed garden as both my cat and I love sitting outside in the sun. (My cat is so timid we can't share with other furry friends, apart from goldfish. Sorry). Hope to hear from you if you're a single female who'd welcome a clean and well-behaved flatmate and cat.
