Professional (VIE, Finance) seeking studio/flat ne
Hi, I'm Lucas, a 25-year-old French professional relocating to London for a 12-month VIE placement (international corporate volunteering programme) in Finance (FP&A), starting October 2026.
I'm looking for a studio or private room in a flatshare, ideally with good transport links to St James's Park (SW1). I'm open to different areas as long as the commute is reasonable via tube.
A bit about me: I'm tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with day-to-day. I enjoy a calm home environment but also like socialising, going out, and meeting new people — so I'm just as happy having a quiet night in as joining flatmates for a drink or a chat in the kitchen.
I'm professional, reliable with rent and bills, and looking for a comfortable, well-located place I can settle into for my time in London.
