Hi everyone!

My name is Philine Klett, I’m 24 years old and I’ll be moving to Derby to study Fashion Design at the University of Derby. I’m already looking for accommodation now and I’m hoping to move in around 12 September. I’m planning to stay for two semesters (around one academic year).
I’m originally from Germany, but I’ve been living in Vienna, Austria, for the past six years, so I’m used to living independently and in an international environment. I’m a non-smoker, don’t have any pets, and I’m a tidy, respectful and responsible person who enjoys keeping a clean and comfortable home.

My mother can act as a guarantor if needed, and I already have my UK visa. I’m happy to provide any documents required.
