Room in a friendly, clean house wanted

I'm looking for a friendly, clean house of professionals with both a homey feel and respect for personal space. I'm very relaxed and easy-going and can get on with anyone. I work in customer service at the University of Manchester Library and spend a lot of my free time writing fiction. This means I will spend time locked up in my room each week, but don't worry, I always emerge eventually!
