Professional MSC AI graduate looking for room

Hi, I’m looking for a clean, quiet room in Guildford from September onwards.

I have recently completed my MSc in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Surrey and am currently applying for software engineering and AI roles. I’m tidy, respectful, non-smoking, and enjoy a quiet lifestyle. Most of my time is spent working, reading, going to the gym, library, or exploring the local area.

I’m looking for a well-maintained house with friendly and considerate housemates. If the room is still available, I’d be happy to arrange a viewing at your convenience.
