I have recently moved to Brighton from Aus (indefinitely!) for an exciting change of scenery. I am house-share trained 🕺 I like keeping my home tidy and clean. I am an extroverted introvert so I love a wine on the sofa, beach dip, movie night, pub pint or boogie but also need lots of time to myself to recharge. I am a huge hobby advocate - ceramics, knitting, hiking, reading are the current obsessions!

As I am new here I am rlly hoping to live with some lovely people who are looking for a new friend not just a flat mate 💕

I'm currently in the process of securing a full-time role, having only recently relocated. I completely understand that this can be a concern for landlords, but I am a British citizen with a UK-recognised Master's degree and unrestricted right to work, so finding employment isn't an issue.

I'm also in a position to pay rent upfront if preferred, and I have several UK-based guarantors with strong incomes who would be happy to support my application if required. I'm responsible, tidy and looking for somewhere to settle long-term, so I hope you'll consider my application.

I am available to move in from Sep 6th but happy to pay rent before then for the right place xx
