Looking for room/buddy-up!

Hi I'm Sammy! I'm 27 years old from Manchester and currently work in retail Manchester.

I'm looking to move into a flat with a spare room or find a new flat with someone else! Chorlton is most preferable to me but surrounding areas could work too.

Looking for like-minded, sociable and easy-going people - we'd get on well together and make flat-sharing a breeze. It's just as important to me that we get on as friends too :)
I pull my weight around the house - I'm clean and tidy and look after my space well and am looking for a flatmate(s) who would do the same.

In my free time I'm often at gigs - playing or attending! I play drums in 3 bands and also play guitar, haven't made it into a band on this front yet though (everyone wants a drummer!!). I also enjoy hanging out in most forms - walking, pubs, visiting new places, finding new hobbies etc. I'm a huge fan of music (lots of different genres and styles) so love doing anything related to this too like going to gigs and record stores! Some of my favourite artists include Bad Brains, Alice In Chains, Yussef Dayes, The Beatles, Black Sabbath and Mobb Deep! (noise-wise I am very respectful and considerate and practice drums in a rehearsal studio!) I also dabble in drawing and enjoy anything artistic!
