I'm looking for either a studio apartment or an en-suite room to rent in Sheffield, ideally in the S1, S2, or S3 areas. It would be great if it's close to the city centre or Sheffield train station.

My preferences:

Budget: Up to £650 per month
Bills included preferred
Council tax included would be ideal, but it's not essential
Move-in date: 24 August 2026

A bit about me: I'm currently on a Student Visa and will soon be switching to a Graduate Visa, so I'll be working as a professional. I'm clean, quiet, respectful, and will take good care of the property.
