Professional woman looking for a quiet, secure self-contained annexe or studio for myself and my small, calm, fully house-trained Yorkshire Terrier.
I work part-time in education/student support and can provide excellent references. I’m quiet, reliable and a non-smoker.

Within commuting distance of Leeds or York
