Reliable tenant looking for a 1–2 bedroom home

Hi,

I’m looking for a long-term one or two-bedroom flat for myself and my 6-year old child. We’re looking to move because our current landlord is considering selling the property, so I’m hoping to find somewhere we can settle for the foreseeable future.

We are both quiet, clean and respectful, and I take great pride in looking after my home. My child is settled at school locally, so I’d ideally like to remain in the Ealing or surrounding West London area.

I’m looking for a well-maintained home with a landlord who is seeking responsible, long-term tenants. I would treat any property with the utmost care and respect.

I have been a tenant in my current home for the past three years, have always paid my rent on time, and can provide excellent landlord references, along with character references if required.
