Gardening professional seeking quiet room near Kew

Hi there! My name is Kaspar. I am a gardening professional and educator, taking a period of professional development to undertake the full-time Garden Design Diploma at the London College of Garden Design (based at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew) this September.
My course runs for 10 months (until late July 2027). Due to UK visa regulations for EU citizens studying short-term, I am required to spend 2 months studying remotely outside the UK (from December 17th to mid-February) before returning for the remaining 5 months of in-person classes.
I am clean, tidy, friendly, considerate, non-smoking, and easygoing.

What I am looking for:
* Room: Furnished double room (a desk space for drawing/studying is a big plus).
* Preferred Areas: Kew, Richmond, or surrounding neighborhoods within easy commuting distance of Kew Gardens.
* Move-in Date: 17 September 2026
* Rental Duration: Flexible. I am happy with a 3-month fixed term initially (Sept 17 – Dec 17) and finding a new place upon my return in February. Alternatively, I am open to a continuous agreement if subletting during my 2-month absence is an option. I do not expect a room to be held empty without payment.
* Household Vibe: A clean, quiet, and relaxed home with respectful housemates or a live-in landlord.
