Young Professional / Looking for near city centre

I'm looking for a room in a house share in Newcastle from Early September.

A bit about me – I just graduated from Newcastle University in Psychology and I'm staying in ncl for a job. I'm friendly, tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with. I like going to the gym, cooking, going to pubs, trying out new cafés, and just hanging out with good company.

Budget: Up to £800/month, including all bills (gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi and council tax) -- preferably en-suite's.

I'm looking for a clean, relaxed house with people who are friendly and considerate. I'd love to live ideally young professionals, but I'm open to anyone who's easy-going and respectful.
