I’m a full-time professional looking for a clean, quiet and well-maintained room to rent.

I’m tidy, respectful, financially stable and easy to live with. I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets, and I’m looking for a peaceful home where everyone respects each other’s space. I always keep shared areas clean and treat any property I live in with care.

I’m looking for a room in or around Surbiton, Kingston, Teddington, Hampton, Hampton Wick, Twickenham or nearby, with good transport links.

I’m hoping to move in around 1st September, although I can be flexible. I can provide references and any other documents required.
