Looking for a Room This Fall, Flexible Timeline!

hi, my name is bri (they/them) and i’m looking for a place to live, ideally with a bit of flexibility regarding stay, but would be open to long term or short term!
my current flatmate is leaving the country for a bit of time, hence the move! im considering looking to find a place on my own once I have a bit more financial stability in a few months, so am ideally looking for a (potentially flexible) soft place to land for the fall and maybe early winter, depending on how schedules align, with the potential to stay longer term if we are a good fit!
about me:
i’m a freelance illustrator so I work mainly from home, but i’m fairly quiet and im tidy and clean! and despite being a bit of a homebody, I actually will be traveling a bit this fall, so I will be out of your hair quite often!
i’m veggie and I love to cook (and make vegan treats!) I love a good chat or some quality time but also value my alone time. respectful communication is also super key for me. if you feel like i’d be a good fit, i’d love to chat.
