Buddy up or rooms wanted

I’m 26y aussie from Melbourne.

Currently on the hunt for my new home in London, been living in Clapham for the past year and my current lease is ending end of August and not ready to part ways with sw London.

I’m a nurse working in the nhs (send help), when I’m not working I’m at the gym, trying to find the best coffee in London or booking flights to Europe. I love a pub or wine night as well as a housemate night in. I’m definitely looking for friends first before housemates but do have a life here in London and respect quiet time.

Looking to find a place start of September but can be flexible. Budget would £1250 including bills.
