Looking for housemates and/or a place!

Hello!

My name is Kit, I’m 25 and live and work in the Shipley area of Bradford. Im looking for both a place to live in the area and housemates, as living in my own is not affordable for me. I have 1 indoor cat who is very well behaved, but is also the reason I am struggiling to find a place to live as many house shares do not allow pets. I’m a full time bar manager, but am very quiet coming home from work and make an effort not to disturb anyone. I am very tidy and enjoy cleaning.
I like watching tv and playing video games, I enjoy socialising but also appreciate my alone time. I’m trying to get back into previous creative endeavours I used to pursue, so other creatives would be great!
I feel it’s important to note I am transgender, so for my own safety I would prefer to live with other LGBTQ+ people, however as long as you are trans-friendly I don’t mind!
