CompSci grad, quiet & tidy, seeks double room

Hi! I'm a recent Computer Science graduate relocating to London for work, looking for a double room in a friendly house or flat share. I can move in ASAP.

A bit about me: I'll be working in hospitality in central London while I settle into my career, so I'm out most of the time, clean, tidy and easy to live with. No drama, no mess, respectful of shared space. I'm sociable enough to say hi and have a chat, but I won't be under your feet.

What I'm looking for:
• Double room, up to £800/month, bills included ideally
• Only Colindale
• Somewhere with a living room and decent, considerate housemates
• Clean, well-kept and in a safe area

I'm already in the UK and can view this week and move in straight away. Happy to provide references and proof of income. Looking for a long-term let and a place I can properly settle into.
