Looking for a room from october(flexible move-in)

Hi!

I’m looking for a double/single room to rent from early October, mid-October, or even November, depending on availability. My current tenancy ends on 15 October, so I’m flexible with move-in dates.

A little about me:

• I’m a friendly, tidy, and respectful working professional.
• I’ve been a student until now and will be starting full-time work from October.
• I’ll be applying for my post-study work visa in December, so I’m looking for a comfortable, long-term place.

I’m looking for:

• A room in a shared flat/house or someone looking for a flatmate in a 2-bedroom property or if you have a whole house and you’re looking for someone to accommodate.
• Preferred areas include Camberwell, Elephant & Castle, Shoreditch, or nearby areas with good transport links, though I’m open to other locations.

Budget: Around £800 per month, although I’m happy to discuss the rent for the right place.
