Year 4 Student looking for a flat!

I'm returning to Edinburgh for my final year of my undergraduate degree in German and History having spent the previous academic year in Germany on exchange. I'll have my head down in my studies for the coming year, but besides studying, I'm a competitive runner and enjoy spending time in the hills or cycling, followed by a pint and a chat in the pub.
I'd consider myself clean and tidy, and always willing to keep on top of the household chores, as well as easy to get along with (or at least I hope!).
I'd be interested in any areas of central Edinburgh, ideally within a 15 minute cycle from George Square.
