I am a 25-year-old Japanese woman, and I plan to move to London on a YMS visa starting October 7th.
I will be attending a language school in Islington for the first five weeks, so I am looking for accommodation within a 30-minute commute of the area.
I am specifically looking for a place where all bills—especially Council Tax—are included in the rent.
My budget is £850, though I would consider up to £900 depending on the room's amenities.
