Looking for a place, happy with a buddy up

Hi, I'm moving to Edinburgh to start work as a new graduate and am looking for accommodation. A lot of the places I've seen that are in my price range and commutable to EH52 are needing buddy-ups as they do not do rentable by the room, but the whole property.

Ideally, I would be looking to live with females, but happy with a even split of female to male, in the age range of 18-35yrs old, preferably other professionals.

I am clean, respectable and social but also do like my own space. I am looking for people who are similar where they are clean and tidy and happy to have a chat and be social, but respecting in quiet hours during weekdays for work.
