Working Professional Looking for a Room to Rent

Hi, I’m a full-time working professional looking for a clean and comfortable place to rent. I’ll initially be moving in with my brother, who will only be staying for around one month before moving out, after which I will be the sole occupant. We both work full-time, are quiet, respectful, and reliable tenants who will look after the property well.
