I’m a 22-year-old female exchange student studying at MMU, looking for a single or double room for a fixed 3-month short tenancy from 25/09 to 25/12, with a monthly budget capped at £900 PCM. I’d love to share the house with female housemates of any age

🧹 Super tidy & self-sufficient
I’ve shared flats in Hong Kong for several years, so I’m fully capable of taking care of myself. I’m always tidying up my space and cleaning communal areas after use without being reminded.
🤝 Easy-going & conflict-free
I’m extremely laid-back and rarely get into arguments with others. I’m always willing to listen, compromise and respect everyone’s unique living habits, and I fully understand all shared-house ground rules.
🌙 Regular quiet routine
I grew up living in dormitories, so I deeply value personal space and others’ rest time. I wear headphones for calls, games and media at all times and never make loud noise to disturb neighbours or housemates.
🚭 Non-smoker & barely drink
I do not smoke or vape, and I almost never consume alcohol.
🍳 Occasional home cooking
I enjoy cooking now and then, but I always wipe down the kitchen and clean up all mess straight after cooking. I won’t leave dirty cookware or clutter lying around.
🐰 Total animal lover
I adore all pets and would happily help feed, walk or look after your furry friends anytime.
