Hi! I’m looking for a friendly housemate aged roughly 20–28 to share a flat with.

A little about me: I work in marketing and spend most weekdays working, while evenings are usually a mix of cooking, catching up with friends, watching whatever series everyone seems to be talking about at the moment.

I’m sociable and always up for a chat over a cup of tea or a glass of wine, but I’m equally respectful of personal space. It’s not looking for a party house, but also not a place where you’ll get told off for having friends over.

I’m looking for someone who’s easy-going, considerate, and reasonably tidy. Ideally, working and looking for somewhere that genuinely feels like home.
