Room needed for September

I'm starting permanent work in September in Trafford park area. Looking to move closer than my current location, in Rochdale.

I've lived in shared houses and studio flats before and would be happy with either.

I'm quite self contained, tidy, respectful and easy going. I'm happy with a quiet place or getting to know housemates well enough to share things - depending on their preference.

I'm an engineer with a creative side due to my work in audio. I'll be working for a well established, musical non for profit organisation. Have a regular 9 to 5 schedule.

Please let me know if you can help with a much needed rental for September start.
