Hi everyone
I'm Enkil Espinal, a 25 years old phd student looking for a room for the incoming academic year.
I like to move in before october 1st, and im looking preferably for an en suit, studio or a flat, but also can be a single room. My budget is from 125 to 175 pw depending on the room and if it includes bills. I would like that it is within a walking distance to Durham engineering department or a buss stop that take me is nearby.
I'm clean, responsible and quiet, and also very respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy listening to music and also like to read a lot.
