hi, i’m looking for a place to move into mid august!

i‘ve recently graduated and i’m looking for a place to move into for up to a year

it’s important that i’m near a train station because part of my job is travelling to different parts of sussex. i’ve lived in hanover for 2 years so i like that area, but open to living elsewhere

i’m out of brighton for the next 2 weeks, so i can’t do in-person viewings

a bit about me: i’m 23, transmasc (he/him) and poc. i’m down to live with anyone who’s likeminded and also a tidy housemate , preferably a mixed household. i’m currently doing supply agency work so i’ve got an income, my budget is around £550 - £650 including bills preferably, i’d prefer to live in a place where i’m not the only non-student
