1 week a month - Professional - Private Bathroom

I’m a mature, professional male looking for a comfortable room or small studio in London, ideally with a private bathroom or en-suite.
I live in Spain and travel to London for work each month, so I would only use the accommodation for approximately 6–9 nights per month. I’m clean, tidy, respectful and would treat the property as my own.

I’m looking for a fairly independent arrangement rather than a traditional flatshare. I’m friendly and sociable, but when I’m in London I’m generally working, so I value having my own space and privacy.

I’m looking for somewhere I can use as a regular London base rather than a full-time home. This could be ideal for someone who would like the security of a reliable, regular tenant without having someone in the property every day.

Must have:
Private bathroom or en-suite
Good transport links into the city / central London
I’m happy to discuss rent and arrangements depending on the property and location.
